Its AXOR® brand further embodies this reputation through unique collaborations with renowned designers. Consistent with this commitment, Hansgrohe, Inc. believes that certain advertising practices are inconsistent with its competitive strategy for these products and the AXOR brand image.

As part of our strategy to maintain the equity of the AXOR brand, Masco Canada Limited is introducing the Canadian AXOR Minimum Advertising Price (MAP) Policy and the Canadian AXOR Brand Sales Policy and is confident that these Policies will continue to enable us to:

  • Market AXOR products to premium consumers as one of the finest brands with the most innovative designs in the plumbing and decorative hardware products industry.
  • Support our commitment, with both our existing and future partners, to ensure we maintain and provide the appropriate level of service, merchandising, advertising and promotional support for AXOR products and the AXOR brand, both now and in the future.
